购买积分后 30 天内,您可随时申请全额退款,无需说明理由。退款将原路返回至您的付款账户,通常在 5–10 个工作日内完成。
2. 超过 30 天的订单
超过购买日期 30 天后,订单不予退款。
3. 积分自动返还机制
当使用 AI 解读功能时,若 AI 分析因技术原因失败,系统将自动将已扣除的积分退回您的账户,无需提交申请。此机制为站内积分返还,与上述现金退款政策相互独立。

When using AI reading features, if the AI analysis fails due to technical reasons, the deducted credits will be automatically returned to your account. No application is required. This is an in-app credit return and operates independently of the cash refund policy above.
