退款政策 / Refund Policy
摘要：未使用的剩余点可在任何时间申请全额退款，无期限限制。
1. 无期限退款（剩余余额）
账户中剩余的未使用点可在任何时间申请按比例全额退款，无须说明理由，无期限限制 — 即使购买已超过一年。退款将原路返回至您的付款账户，通常在 5–10 个工作日内完成。
2. 已使用点
已用于功能消费的点（例如保存命盘、AI 解读、择日精准匹配等）不予退款。退款额度按账户剩余余额计算。
3. 点自动返还机制
当使用 AI 解读功能时，若 AI 分析因技术原因失败，系统将自动将已扣除的点退回您的账户，无需提交申请。此机制为站内点返还，与上述现金退款政策相互独立。

1. Unconditional Refund of Remaining Balance — No Time Limit
The unused credits remaining in your account are eligible for a full pro-rata refund at any time, no questions asked, with no expiry — including months or years after the original purchase. Refunds are returned to your original payment method and are typically completed within 5–10 business days.
2. Already-Consumed Credits
Credits that have already been spent on features (e.g. saving a chart, AI reading, precision date matching) are not refundable. The refund amount equals your remaining unused balance.
3. Automatic Credit Return
When using AI reading features, if the AI analysis fails due to technical reasons, the deducted credits will be automatically returned to your account. No application is required. This is an in-app credit return and operates independently of the cash refund policy above.
4. How to Request a Refund
Log in to the YiMaMi app and click the "Request Refund" button on the "My Account" page, or email yiyuan663366@gmail.com with your registered email and payment date. We will process your request promptly.
