欢迎使用易妈咪（YiMaMi）服务。请在使用前仔细阅读以下条款。访问或使用本服务即表示您同意受本服务条款的约束。
1. 服务说明
易妈咪（www.yimami.com）提供基于中国传统易学的 AI 辅助命理工具，包括六爻命盘、合八字、占卜及择日等功能。本服务仅供娱乐、自我参考和个人使用，不构成任何医疗、法律、财务或心理健康建议。
2. 用户资格
使用本服务须年满 18 岁，或在家长/监护人监督下使用。注册时须提供真实有效的信息。每人仅限一个账户。
3. 积分制度
本服务采用积分制：
- 注册成功即赠送 50 积分作为体验额度
- 使用各功能将消耗相应积分，具体扣点以页面显示为准
- 积分可通过付费套餐充值获取
- 积分无有效期限制，但账户注销后积分将自动清零
- 积分不可转让给其他用户
4. 付款与计费
所有付款均以美元（USD）结算，通过 Paddle 安全处理。付款完成后积分自动到账。如遇技术问题导致积分未到账，请联系 yiyuan663366@gmail.com。
5. 退款政策
积分充值后原则上不予退款，但因系统故障导致服务无法使用的情况除外。详见退款政策。
6. 禁止行为
使用本服务时，您不得：
- 利用自动化手段（爬虫、机器人等）访问或滥用本服务
- 尝试破解、逆向工程或攻击本服务的任何部分
- 分享账户或将积分用于商业转售
- 发布任何虚假、误导性或有害内容
- 违反任何适用的法律法规
7. 知识产权
本服务的所有内容、功能及技术（包括 AI 生成的解读内容）均为易妈咪所有，受著作权法保护。用户不得未经授权复制、分发或商业使用。
8. 免责声明
本服务按"现状"提供，不对服务的准确性、完整性或适用性作出任何保证。命理结果仅供参考，不应作为重大决策的唯一依据。我们不对任何依据本服务内容所作决定的后果承担责任。
9. 服务变更与终止
我们保留随时修改、暂停或终止服务（或其任何部分）的权利，无需提前通知。若发现用户违反本条款，我们有权暂停或终止其账户。
10. 条款修订
我们可能随时更新本服务条款。更新后继续使用本服务，即视为接受修订后的条款。

Welcome to YiMaMi. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our service. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Service Description
YiMaMi (www.yimami.com) provides AI-assisted traditional Chinese metaphysics tools including Ba Zi charts, compatibility analysis, divination, and date selection. This service is provided for entertainment, self-reflection, and personal reference only. It does not constitute medical, legal, financial, or mental health advice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the service under parental/guardian supervision. You must provide accurate information when registering. Only one account per person is allowed.
3. Credit System
Our service uses a credit-based system:
- 50 credits are granted upon successful registration
- Using features deducts credits; refer to the page for specific costs
- Credits can be purchased through paid packages
- Credits do not expire but are forfeited upon account deletion
- Credits cannot be transferred to other users
4. Payment and Billing
All payments are processed in USD through Paddle. Credits are added automatically after successful payment. If credits are not received due to a technical issue, contact yiyuan663366@gmail.com.
5. Refund Policy
Credits are generally non-refundable once purchased, except in cases where a system error prevents service use. See our Refund Policy for details.
6. Prohibited Conduct
When using the service, you may not:
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or abuse the service
- Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or attack any part of the service
- Share accounts or resell credits commercially
- Post false, misleading, or harmful content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and technology of the service (including AI-generated readings) are owned by YiMaMi and protected by copyright. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Metaphysics results are for reference only and should not be the sole basis for important decisions. We are not liable for any consequences of decisions made based on our content.
9. Changes and Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service (or any part thereof) at any time without notice. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
